Shipping & Delivery
That delivery date may become unavailable within that window of time due to changes in inventory or delivery capacity before you place your order. Place your order. Your confirmed delivery date will be included in your order confirmation email. Please contact us with any concerns.  
Returns & Replacements
You can return many items sold on AmoVee.com. When you return an item, you may contact us via email: [email protected] and let us know the reason for return. We would try our best to make things right for you. AmoVee® gives 14 days to return any unopened items. Contact us within 14 days from the receipt of goods, and get return authorization. The full price of the order less the shipping charge will be credited back to customer. AmoVee ® will not accept returns for any opened item. Once the package is opened, only defective units will be authorized to return, and replaced by new units.
Warranty
For products whose packaging is marked with our 18-Months Warranty Logo when sold through authorized retailers, we warrant our consumer products to be defect free both in materials and workmanship that result in failure during normal usage.
This warranty is extended to the original end-user purchaser, beginning at the time of retail purchase. This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy, offered in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. AmoVee ® will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from use of this product
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We offer promotions sometimes at our [email protected] or amazon. If you received a concession promotion from Amazon Customer Service via e-mail, that promotion was automatically placed on your account and will appear on the Order Summary page before you complete your order. 
Viewing Orders
If you ordered from amazon. You can update your order quantity, billing address, shipping address, AmazonFresh delivery address, payment method, and more on your unshipped orders by visiting the Orders section in Your Account from amazon. Updating Account Information
If you need to make changes to your account information, you can update these from My Account. If you forget the password of your account, we will ask that you first verify your e-mail address.
